To rent any car from our fleet, the following documents/conditions are required:

• The driver of the vehicle must have reached the age of 25 and have the driving license for at least 3 years.
• The driver of the vehicle must be in possession of a credit card to secure the amount of the guarantee
• When handing over the car, the driver must bring with him the driver's license and the identity card/passport which will be completed in the rental contract

The car warranty amount is set as below:

• · Mercedes C-Class/ Skoda Superb/ Volkswagen Passat – Touran / Citroen C4: €1,500.00
• · BMW 420/ Mercedes C-Class Convertible/ Mercedes Vito: €2,000.00
• · Mercedes E-Class/ Mercedes V-Class/ Porsche Carrera/ Porsche Boxster/ SUV: €3,000.00
• · Mercedes S-Class/ Range Rover VOGUE €4,000

Upon receipt of the car, the corresponding guarantee amount will be charged to the driver's credit card. This amount will remain reserved until the car is received and checked. At the end of the rental, the amount of the guarantee will be returned in full as long as no other charges arise.

With this service you have the possibility to reduce the accident exemption for what may arise. With the corresponding additional cost, you can reduce the exemption amount as below:

• Mercedes C-Class/ Skoda Superb/ Volkswagen Passat – Touran / Citroen C4: €1,500.00

          €70/ per day in addition, the exemption amount is reduced to €800.00

• BMW 420/ Mercedes C-Class Convertible/ Mercedes Vito

         €70/ per day in addition, the exemption amount is reduced to €800.00

• Mercedes E-Class/ Mercedes V-Class/ Porsche Carrera/ Porsche Boxster/ SUV: €3,000.00

        €70/ per day in addition, the exemption amount is reduced to €800.00

• Mercedes S-Class/ Range Rover VOGUE €4,000

        €70/ per day in addition, the exemption amount is reduced to €900.00

**Your card will be held for the rental car deposit amount as stated above. In the event of an accident and if the payment for the reduction of the accident exemption has been selected and arranged, the lessee is responsible for the corresponding amount.

It does not cover the undercarriage, tires, rims, interior and all damages that occur as a result of off-road driving, racing, etc.

Of course you can after valid communication and acceptance of possible additional charges that may arise.

The entire Premium Rent a Car fleet is intended for driving on asphalt. Cars (including SUVs) must not be used off-road.

After 2 hours there will be an extra day charge

In case the car is returned earlier than the agreed date and time there will be no refund as the reservation cancellation policy applies

According to the car rental law, it is strictly forbidden to leave the cars from the Greek border without our permission.

According to the insurance company's car rental conditions, the minimum age to rent a car is 25 years and at least 3 years driving license holder.

The driver's license can be Greek, European (for EU countries) or international (for non-EU countries).

Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted.

You can cancel your reservation according to the applicable reservation cancellation policy. In case you do not show up to collect your car there can be no refund.
